December 5, 2022 — U.S. District Judge Charlene E. Honeywell has sentenced Steven Brickner to 12 months and a day for filing a false U.S. Individual Income Tax Return for tax year 2017. The Court also imposed a $7,500 fine. Brickner had pleaded guilty on February 11, 2022.
