January 17, 2023 — U.S. Attorney Trini E. Ross announced today that Michael MacPherson, of Kenmore, NY, pleaded guilty before U.S. District Judge Richard J. Arcara to mail fraud and tax evasion. The charges carry a maximum penalty of 20 years in prison and a $250,000 fine.
