December 15, 2023 — U.S. District Judge Leigh Martin May sentenced Ann Rogers, of Riverdale, Georgia, to 12-months' home confinement, with three years' probation to follow for aiding in the preparation and presentation of a false and fraudulent tax return. The sentencing took place on Nov. 30.
